Recitation of the Honorable Qur’an in a singular inimitable style by the late Imam A. M. Khattab. There is no monotony of voice or cadence. Different suras are recited with distinct and special feeling; the longer you listen the more that emotive sense is discernible!
Each sura is divided into sections following the translation of the Holy Qur’an by the late Abdullah Yusuf Ali. Example in above CD Sura Insaan/Dahr is Sura # 76. Section 1 contains verses 1 to 22 and Section 2 contains verses 23 to 31. Sura Nabaa’ is Sura # 78 and has two sections. Section 1 contains verses 1-30 and Section 2 contains verses 31 to 40.
Each section is allotted a separate track on the CD. In this way you can zero in on any portion of the Qur’an within seconds and begin listening to it. Example: If you would like to listen to Sura Mursalaat you play track 3. If you want to listen to Sura Ma’un you play track 36. For Ayat-ul-Kursi you would play CD # 2 track 14. Or, if you want Sura Ya-Sin you play CD # 18 track 6.
